Fall Stuff

Thanksgiving is right around the corner. So I'm posting some random Fall pictures that I've collected over the last month. First, one of the turkey crafts we made last week. I think it's adorable.

Next, these awesome trees that I love so much. The leaves actually go from green, to yellow, to orange, to red, to maroon all on the same tree. And here are a line of them in different stages of color change. So cool!
Kayla on her favorite swing. That day was a little on the cold side, but not as cold as it's been for the past 2 days!

And of course we had to play in the leaves. This was on an usually warm day, so we stayed at the park until after dark. It was a nice little Indian summer before the cold started.

I am so glad you did the turkeys! We do them in Kindergarten to decorate our placemat for our Thanksgiving Feast. Then we use 1 inch squares to pattern around the outside of them. Another great idea is a Santa from a hand print. The beard is the 4 fingers (white), then a pink strip for his face, a white strip for the fur on his hat and then the bottom of the palm and the thumb are his hat. With a white pompom on the hat, a red one for his nose, and some googly eyes, he is really cute! I use him on the kids' Christmas cards to parents.

I love all your pictures!
