It's tulip festival time again! I actually almost missed it this year because I went yesterday and it closes down tomorrow. But, our weekends have just been pretty busy so I finally decided to just go without Nathan. So, Jared and I went yesterday during the day.I didn't take nearly as many pictures as Nathan did last year, but I got some pretty cool ones, if I do say so myself. You can check them out here
I had the hardest time keeping Jared from picking the flowers! Little punk. He picked two while I wasn't looking, so I finally let him start collecting ones that were already on the ground.
The weather was great. Not too bright, but not raining either, and we've been getting a lot of rain lately. Although there's supposed to be a long stretch of sunny days (like 5) coming up soon!

Oh I love love love tulips! Thanks for the pictures (I especially love Jared in the wooden shoes and the one with the pink tulip in the front and purple ones in the back)... we just got 18 inches of snow last week so I haven't been seeing many tulips around here.

oh man, that's waaay too much snow!
I'll post you some more flower pictures soon. I'm planning on taking some lilac ones this week because they're starting to bloom. I love lilacs!
(Oh, for the record, a friend of mine corrected me on the snow thing... it was really 25 inches.)
