Both kids had their birthdays last week. Kayla is two now and Jared is four. Here are the photo shoots we did to record this time. We have an area on our wall where we have framed pictures of the different milestones; (6 months, 1 year, 2 year, ect). I think for this newest milestone I'm going to print that third one of Kayla (on the white) and the one where Jared is standing and looking over his shoulder. Enjoy!
We had a birthday party for the kids on Saturday. It's fun to have summer birthdays because we can do barbeques and have good weather. But it also means people are on vacations and doing other things like weddings and moving, so we get less of a guest list available. This time there was also a primary activity that day so that took away most of the kids that would have otherwise came to our party. It was still a good party though. We had both sets of grandparents come and my brother Steven and his wife, plus my friend Holly from high school who has recently moved back home. The kids had fun and were worn out by the end of the party. So that's always a plus.
