We went to the zoo today with a friend from high school and her hubby and son who is just 6 months older than Jared. We've been talking about going for quite some time and our scedules finally fit!It was a perfect day for the zoo! Great weather, not too hot, but not cold or rainy. And it wasn't too crowded. Erica and I spent quite a bit of time just yakking and leaving the husbands behind. But Nathan said it wasn't awkward, so all's well. And the kids seemed to have fun too. Jared was quite tired by the time we got home. It was such a good day!
