June 22 - Jared story

This story happened a couple days ago, Thursday or Friday, but I didn't want to write about it then because I was doing my "addictions" series and didn't want to interrupt it. (the picture is from today though)

Anyhow, the weather was great so Jared and I and the dog went to the park. Toby was running around and Jared was crawling around in the grass, happy as a clam. I had put his pacifier and my cell phone in the seat of the stroller. Well, he crawled over to where the stroller was parked and pull himself up to standing. That's when he saw the call phone and pacifier! Well, he had to get those, so he crawled up in the stroller face first and got them. But then he was stuck. Either he had to turn and round and sit in the stroller or crawl back down backwards, which he's never done before. I was just watching amused to see if he'd understand his prediciment and wondering what he might do. Well, he sat there for a while, then leaned over to the side and fell onto the ground.

Forunately it was a very short fall and a soft grass landing. He wasn't even phased. I thought it was quite funny though.

Off the subject, I spoke in church today. I actually took almost 20 mins! Wow! I think it well, although I did stumble over my words a little. Though I've always like free thought like that because it's more interesting to the listener than just reading something. I did quote the talk I was teaching from a few times, so that's good too. I got a few compliments, so that's nice.

So cute! Hey, you never said how you fixed his hair cut- it looks good to me.

That's cause I haven't fixed it. I need someon else to help me hold his head still and we haven't gotten around to it. Plus, it's not too bad, since they funny part is only in the back. Maybe I'll just let it grow out on its own
